Under our two tier franchise business model, we grant regional franchise rights for the CENTURY 21® brand to regional sub-franchisors in China who, in turn, open their own sales offices or grant third parties the right to open sales offices within their region. Over the past years, we have built up one of the largest real estate sales networks in China and received numerous awards for our outstanding franchise services and brand reputation.
We provide ongoing system, training and marketing support to our franchisees, and leverage the geographic breadth and local market expertise of our CENTURY 21® franchise network to increase our brand recognition and market share as well as to gauge business potential for future expansion of our company-owned brokerage services.
