On December 9-11, 2007, CENTURY 21 China Real Estate Annual Conference 2007 was held successfully in Beijing. The theme of this Conference is “Bring Forward A Golden Dream, Create A Century Legend Together”. Franchisees and brokers from nationwide 30 regions gathered on this occasion, reviewing the past year 2007 and giving an insight into the year 2008. Mr. TOM KUNZ, president of CENTURY 21 China Real Estate, came back from US specifically for the purpose of attending this event and expressed his heartfelt appraisal with reference to significant achievement the company has made over the past 7 years since entry into Chinese market. In addition, he encouraged his Chinese colleagues and make sustained effort to gain more splendid achievement. Mr. BILL HUNT, president of CENTURY 21 China Real Estate China Region offered a positive assessment towards the results the system had reached in 2007 and extended his sincere appreciation over the success of this Conference.

In the 2008 Strategy Release, Mr. LU HANG, vice chairman of CENTURY 21 China Real Estate, announced that the company would expand franchise offices in 40 regions and 60 cities in China and be expected to hold over 2,000 franchise offices. In 2007, CENTURY 21 China Real Estate held around 1,350 franchise offices in 30 regions. According to him, in the coming year, CENTURY 21 China Real Estate will, while implementing the core strategy of franchising, continue to merge and acquire intermediary agencies with relatively strong capacity to develop franchisees the group has owned, and particularly expand real estate agent business in such first tier cities as Beijing and Shanghai. In addition, the company has established Beijing Kaisheng Jinglue Information Consulting Co. Ltd. to focus on development of financial mortgage service business for real estate.
