The "Red Chalk Plan" was launched by 21st Century Business Herald, which is dedicated to improving the deficiency of education resources in remote areas of China, and aims at calling upon and organizing business practitioners with strong education backgrounds to participate in the aid-education program and promote the secondary allocation of educational resources to boost the development of China’s rural education and lay the foundations for the construction of a stronger country.

Century 21 China Real Estate, with locations all over China and thousands of franchisees and brokers, contributes to the public interest program of the Red Chalk Plan, implementing steps to improve rural education and alleviate poverty issues by joining hands with 21st Century Business Herald. Together, they aspired to successfully combine the hopes and sentiments of an idealist with the awareness and rationality of a corporate citizen.

As of October 2007, five gold emissaries from Century 21 China Real Estate had participated in the Red Chalk Plan Aid-education program.
