On March 15, 2007, CENTURY 21 China Real Estate initiated a program named “trading storm of thousands franchisees”, and a national real estate knowledge contest was conducted for two and a half months. In this program, 3 Peugeot cars, the highest awards, were given out across the nation. The grand prize award winners were Mrs. Zhang Hong in Xi’an, Shi Hao in Beijing and Wang Chenyu in Shanghai.
Throughout the program, the process of our national real estate knowledge contest was fierce and 18 regional branches of CENTURY 21 China Real Estate accumulated 30,000 consumers who participated in the program hoping to win a new car. Besides numerous physical awards of less than RMB 5,000 in every region, one special award through notarial lottery was to be produced in the nationwide real estate knowledge contest. Winners of these special awards would participate in the contest for final award. The staff from the Corporate Marketing Dept. of CENTURY 21 China Real Estate
made use of the website of its headquarters as the network platform for the nationwide real estate knowledge contest, and designed a network test system that enabled many people to take tests at the same time or within certain time limit, and with the function of automatic test results. Participants took closed-book examination within certain time limit at computers of regional branches. Regional workers supervised the examination room and photographed the whole process. The participant with the highest score won the highest prize.
