We primarily focus on China’s fast-growing and highly fragmented secondary real estate market and operate our company-owned brokerage services business under the CENTURY 21® franchise network.

Through our company-owned brokerage services business, we participate in sales and leasing transactions primarily with respect to middle to high grade residential properties in the secondary real estate market. Our services include property listing, advisory services and transaction negotiation and documentation.

When we assist the seller in a real estate transaction, our sales professionals assist the seller in pricing the property and preparing it for sale, advertise the property (including on websites), introduce and promote the property to prospective buyers, and assist the seller in sale negotiations.

When we assist the buyer in a real estate transaction, our sales professionals generally help the buyer locate specific properties that meet the buyer’s personal and financial specifications, show properties to the buyer, assist the buyer in negotiating transaction terms and executing the transaction.
